Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead
Delta Foundation, in partnership with Western Line School District, sponsors a 6-week Summer Enrichment Program focused on S.T.E.A.M. — Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts/Agriculture, and Mathematics.

Curiosity-Driven Discovery
Science
Our Science program ignites curiosity through hands-on experiments, field investigations, and real-world problem solving. Students explore biology, chemistry, environmental science, and earth science in ways that connect directly to the Delta ecosystem they call home.
Program Highlights
- After-school lab sessions for grades 3–12
- Environmental science field trips along the Mississippi
- Summer Science Camp (2 weeks, ages 8–14)
- Partnership with local universities for mentorship

Open to all K–12 students in Washington County and surrounding Delta counties. No prior science experience required.

Coding the Future
Technology
The Technology program equips students with digital literacy, coding skills, and an understanding of how technology shapes our world. From beginner block coding to advanced web development, students build real projects and develop problem-solving skills that open doors to careers in tech.

Who Can Join
Open to students ages 8–18. Beginner-friendly — no prior coding experience needed.

Build. Test. Improve.
Engineering
Engineering at Delta Foundation is about learning to think like a problem-solver. Students tackle design challenges, build structures, program robots, and compete in regional STEM competitions. Our engineering curriculum follows the engineering design process and encourages creative, iterative thinking.

Who Can Join
Open to students in grades 4–12. Teams and individual participation available.

Rooted in the Delta
Agriculture
Agriculture is at the heart of the Delta's identity, and our Agriculture program honors that heritage while preparing students for the future of food, sustainability, and land stewardship. Students learn soil science, crop management, sustainable farming practices, and agribusiness — connecting classroom learning to the land around them.

Numbers That Matter
Mathematics
Our Mathematics program builds confidence and competency through real-world application, tutoring, and enrichment. We meet students where they are — whether they need foundational support or advanced challenge — and help them see math as a powerful tool for understanding and changing the world.

Who Can Join
Open to all K–12 students. Tutoring prioritizes students performing below grade level.
